Close the gap between how you train and how you serve.

Bilingual training and embedded coaching for luxury hotels, resorts, and restaurants across Latin America, so service on the floor matches the standard you promise.

What we do

Three ways we help service hold

Hands-on Staff Training

We train your team on the floor, in real service, not in a conference room. Staff practice the standard with live guests and get coached in the moment, so what they learn is what they do.

Embedded On-site Coaching

Our coaches work alongside your team during real service, shift by shift. They model the standard, correct small lapses as they happen, and build the habits your own leaders will carry on.

Ongoing Advisory

We stay with you after the launch. Regular reviews, honest observation, and practical guidance keep the standard from slipping, until it holds without us.

About

Why Esmero exists

Great hospitality in Latin America often breaks down in the space between training and the floor. Teams learn the standard, then the shift begins and the habits slip. Esmero was founded by someone who grew up in Guatemala around fine dining and has always loved the craft of service. We exist to close that gap, and to stay until the standard holds.

How it works

From the first observation to a standard that holds

  1. 01

    Assess

We observe service on the floor, as it really happens, and find the gaps between the standard you set and the service your guests receive.

  2. 02

    Train

We coach your team by hand during real service, correcting and reinforcing in the moment so new habits take root where they matter.

  3. 03

    Sustain

Monthly advisory and periodic check-ins keep the standard on track, and we train your own GMs to keep it once we step back.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Who do you work with?

Owners, general managers, and ownership groups of luxury hotels, resorts, and fine dining restaurants across Latin America, starting with Central America. We work with single properties and with groups running several.

Do you work in Spanish and English?

Yes. We train and coach in both Spanish and English, so every member of your team learns in the language they serve in.

How long does an engagement last?

Each engagement is shaped around your property and where service stands today. We stay until the standard holds, so we agree the scope and timeline together after our first conversation. Most engagements begin with a 2 to 4 week assessment and training phase, followed by monthly advisory.

Do you replace our training team?

No. We work alongside your existing training and management teams, not in place of them. We train your own GMs to keep the standard once we step back, so what we build stays with you.
